Just heard Burt Reynolds mention Pahokee High School. Burt was being interviewed on “GenerationAuto” about playing Pahokee High School Football Team in an exhibition game. A Pahokee player tackled him named Buford, hence the name of Jackie Gleason’s character “Sheriff Buford T. Justice” in the “Smokey and the Bandit” movies.

I love my school. I'm only a freshman and in a month about to be a sophomore, but to me it has a lot of character. I wouldnt change it for the world. I'm gonna cherish my years in high school for the rest of my life. I wouldn't have it any other way
